Valentines Day 2007
Seiuli surprised me even when I thought he couldn’t. I was a slacker this year and wasn’t ready to give gifts, etc… in the morning. Around midnite I told Sei, “Let’s do our Vday stuff for each other in the afternoon…” He said, “Ok.” Not 10 minutes later- when it was technically “Valentines Day” I come down the stairs and there is this beautiful white dress lying on the floor with rose petals and a long stem rose laying across it! The dress is for the temple and I am thrilled to have it. He also gave me a card- the same kind he gives me every year and I LOVE them! It has a couple on it (this time it was rabbits) and Sei adds little sayings to each part of it that totally go with us as a couple. I can’t explain it, but I always end up laughing so hard I cry when I read it. His cards and sweet words are always my favorite gift. 
From me, Sei got a keychain that splits in half. On the front it is a scripture from Genesis: “The Lord Watch Between Me And Thee While We Are Absent One From Another.” On the back his half is engraved: “Tori Forever” and on my half it says “Seiuli Forever.”

This is my Valentine’s shirt for this year. I surprised him by wearing it when he got home from work.

So cute… I wish my husband was more creative too, but I got what I got and I take what I can get! (he did write a nice card and bring roses a day early b/c he worked all day and night V-day)

I wanted to do a sign like that for Ian, but I thought he would be so embarrased and would remove it before the day was over.
People were honking and giving Sei the thumbs up and he was like “What the heck??” He totally didn’t notice because his truck had been backed in to the drive way and walked around the front of it to get it.
He’s such a guy!
