I’m gonna be an aunt… again UPDATED***
- My new niece!!
BABY UPDATE: Addison VICTORIA (named for her fave aunt- ME!!) was born at 5:01pm. She was 9 lbs. 2.4 oz. and 20 3/4 inches long. Mom and Baby are doing SUPER GREAT!!
* My sister, Swampbaby, is being induced today to deliver her 1st baby girl. She has 3 boys already, so this is supah exciting!! I’ll give updates when I have them. Go wish her luck. Just click on her name.
* I learned a lesson this week. Ok, apparently staying home with babies all week makes me lose ALL patience. So, when people do stupid things like, oh, let’s say pull in front of our car, blocking all traffic in all directions, then just sits there, not making eye contact with anyone for the length of the red lite… yeah, it’s annoying. I seriously wanted to throw the drink I was holding at his car. (Which Sei advised me is techinically NOT a crime unless it causes damage…) Anyway, instead I yelled, “Get the hell outta the way jacka$$!” I have NO idea where this came from because it’s not something I usually yell. About 2 seconds later I remembered Taj and Liv were in the backseat when I heard Liv yell, “Jacka$$!” Doh! BAD MOMMY!!!

So glad to hear that is not a crime…you should write a post of what other things I can get away with.
For some reason Texas cops have it in for me. Like Lake Dallas, they almost arrested me for my purse. It has a mini set of Brass knuckles as the clasp. The cop put his hand on his gun and was like “I need to see your purse!” He was flipping out and I totally thought I was gonna get shot. I bought the damn thing at Hot Topic…WTH is up with that? He told me that was a possible Felony Weapons charge! Is that true? That was the second time I was threatened with a Felony Weapons charge in Texas…I guess they hate outsiders?

LOL. Hey Not so average Mama – Lake Dallas cops have it in for me too! My daughter does ballet over there and I thought they were going to arrest me for an expired inspection sticker and an insurance card that was a couple weeks out of date (just the card, not the policy!). They actually had me get out of the car and everything while we sat in the parking lot of my daughter’s Christian ballet studio and she sat there in her pink leotard… I was like? are you kidding me? I’m a single mom hanging on my a thread most days I’m so freaking SORRY that this has slipped my mind! I’m a good law abiding person I promise. They let me off and gave me 2 citations to the tune of $400. I was FURIOUS… I love L-ville cops though Tori!!!

YES!!!!!!!!! I am not the only mommy that has taught my children to swear!
When Tree Monkey was 2 I did a National Night Out and we had water coolers sitting on the step of the van. When we got home she slid out and got her bed wet. With out missing a beat she said, “oh, sit!” I knew what she meant. I could not scold her. I taught her. So I did the next best thing. . . . . . I walked around to my back yard laughing and stayed there until I could control my laughter
