seiuliIf you’ve been reading me for very long or if you’ve explored my blog at all, you know that my husband is a talented pianist. He has the special gift of playing by ear. He can basically hear ANY song and play it. When a song comes on the radio in the car I can tell when he’s listening to it intently and will head straight to the piano when we get home. It’s a trip. When we were dating he told me he played by ear. I didn’t get what that meant until we were talking on the phone and he heard my Enya cd playing in the background. He started playing “Only Time” on his keyboard. He had never heard the song before and here he was serenading me with it. It was L.O.V.E.  I feature him regularly on my Seiuli Saturdays- which  I guess I actually haven’t done in a while…

Anyway… This year he came out with his improved version “Hymns How I Hear Them” cd. You can hear some of his music and purchase a cd by clicking here.  Those who have purchased his cd in the past (100s of people!!) LOVE it as you can read on his testimonials page. And what’s interesting is not all the testimonials are from LDS people. His cd, although featuring LDS hymns, is just beautiful, calming music that can be enjoyed by everyone. It’s an awesome Christmas gift idea!

    I will comment away if people don’t start. I LOVE Sei’s music and people really gotta know they are going to love it. I guarantee it!!!

    Sei plays a mean piano! I would love to hear him play some Dizzy Gillespie or Charlie Parker. Don’t know if that is possible but it would be a good challenge!
