Fatty fatty 2 by 4
I’m a lard. Seriously. I’ve put on so much weight recently. I just get on junk food kicks- at the moment it’s those little powdered donuts- and I pig out. I seriously think I have some kind of food addiction or carb addiction. I don’t have a good relationship with food. Weight loss pills aren’t the answer, I just have to figure myself out and get it under control once and for all. I’m tired of yo yo-ing.

Me too! Hubby has done great and lost 27 pounds, but I gained 24. I got to get myself under control too.
Oh girl I hear ya! I don’t necessarily get on junk food kicks but since my dad died the weight just seems to keep coming. So needs to stop!
I don’t wanna talk about it. Let’s just say that you are not alone. I hate the pain I deal with. I just want to run. I want to run cause I love love so many different kids of foods.
Oh and the Dr Pepper doesn’t help with the weight, but it sure keeps me awake during the day.

I’m trying to get Weight Watchers to hire me to do a commercial. 41 pounds down so far.
This is the worst time of the year for it. Everyone’s eating cookies and big holiday dinners…and the STRESS – that’s why you wait till January to worry about weight – which in my opinion you don’t need to.
