Fiber One 1

This giveaway is now closed.

Winner is comment #102.

I had the opportunity to review an awesome Fiber One® gift pack provided through MyBlogSpark. It included a box of Fiber One 90 calorie bars, a water bottle, a Fit and Healthy journal, pedometer and glow in the dark wrist band. Let me tell ya- the bars taste great and I feel full after eating one. I love them and my son likes to take them as a snack at school. And at 90 calories I can actually eat them and not feel guilty!! They also give my sweet tooth it’s fix. That’s important.

Available in flavors you“ll love, including chocolate and chocolate peanut butter, Fiber One 90 Calorie Chewy Bars contain 2.5 grams of fat. In addition, each serving is packed with five grams of fiber (20 percent of the daily recommended fiber intake, according to the Institute of Medicine), which can help keep you full, making sticking to a diet easier.

I’d like to offer you a chance to win this same awesome gift pack!! Doesn’t that sound great??

Drink as much water as you can. You can also eat aas much healthy stuff as you want. You are going to get full from egg whites, chicken, tuna etc before you consume too many calories.

I think increasing dietary fiber can help. It helps you feel full for longer and cuts down on excess calories. Thanks.

    I never weigh myself.
I don’t care how much weight I lose as far as pounds go.
As long as I see results, and feel better about myself.

I male weight management easier by keeping a journal for my meals. I plan out what I am going to eat several weeks in advance. I have short workouts of 15 to 30 minutes.
