It’s that time of year again! The holiday season where I start out barely able to fit in my jeans and end it with just wearing sweat pants on a regular basis. Seriously y’all. I fit in one pair of jeans and that’s only if I let them line dry- I CANNOT put them in the dryer- and then do 50 squats once I have them on to loosen them up. lol I’ve lost 7 pounds, then gained 2 back and now I’m back down, but I think I need to lose another 10 to make a difference. So lame.

Anyway… so what are your weightloss secrets? Do you use weight loss products? Do you do the whole “Eating right and exercising” thing that I suck at?  Do you have ideas on how to squeeze exercise in while babysitting 2 extra kids? I’d love some ideas!!! Snack ideas? Do share!
