My favorite Summer Party ’08 moments:
~ Eating lunch with Millie at the Isolation Table at Mo’s.
~ Blessing Heffalump’s baby girl with Fairy Godmother blessings. I blessed her with a booty.
~ Having my booty complimented and smacked a couple of times by fellow bloggers.
~ Late nite confession booth where we learned about man-handed wives of old boyfriends, run-ins with the cops and kisses with John Bytheway
~ Accidentally leaving Aubrey and Glittersmama behind in Seaside. We all thought one of the other parent’s had them…
~ Asking if the waterfall was all natural or man-made and having my twin tell me, “It’s all real. Oh- except for the bridge.” She’s so cute.
~ Meeting my twin’s family and having her DH say, “Oh! Tori!!” in recognition when I met him. I also saw my Christmas card on their refrigerator.
~ Walking with friends to the little store that opened at 9-ish and closed at 5-ish to get my coke fix.
~ Having lines from my grandma’s romance novels explained to me. All I had to do was ask.
~ Listening to Elastic say “She is sooo naive!!” and sing in Spanish in her sleep.
~ Hearing Millie yell, “SOILED IT! SOILED IT! SOILED IT!” and knowing instantly it was a Spongebob quote. Millie and I are kindred spirits when it comes to speaking thru quotes.
~ Not wanting to go to sleep on Sunday/Monday because I knew I had to leave in the morning. So we stayed up until almost 5am only to wake up at 6am.

The Gang minus Heffalump(She left before all the crazy ladies stole her sweet baby!)

I’m heading out tomorrow morning to go to Oregon! I’m goin’ to hang out with some bloggy friends including but not limited to: My Twin, Nobody and Suzanne. There will be 15 women total so it’s gonna be a par-tay!! I’ve met most of the women I am going to see, but I have not met 3 or 4 of them, including Yvonne!! Jealous???
My pre ordered copy of “Breaking Dawn” has not arrived and I am pi$ed. It is in my city post office right now, but I’m not sure if it’s out for delivery today or not. If it does not come in the mail I am heading straight to the store to get me a copy. I want to read as much as possible before I arrive in Oregon. I called Walmart yesterday to see if they had any copies in stock and after waiting on the line for 10 minutes I finally hung up. I could have driven to the store to check in that amount of time. Sheesh.
So… that is all. Wanted to give y’all the heads up that I won’t be around until probably Tuesday. I know you will miss my blog ads. Don’t worry. I’m sure I’ll have plenty to do to catch up when I get back.
Ciao! (I have never used that word in my life but for some reason I felt like it.)
Word to your mother.
I’m out.

I remember one of my most exciting days of blogging, Oct. 30, 2006- No Cool Story tagged me for a meme. We, of course, have gone on to discover that we are like Sharon and Susan of The Parent Trap and are twins – seperated. Some wonder why I say No Cool Story is my twin or wonder if we are real life twins or sisters or what… Well, here is the proof:
** We both have an awesome magnet collection. For realz. Hers - – Mine
** We both like Linkin Park, Muse and other cool music like that.
** We both have May birthdays. (Duh! Of course we do. We’re twins!) The only differences are the dates (hers is the 28th mine is the 11th) and year.
** My birthday is her baptism-versary. How cool is that??? Without knowing it, she picked her online twin’s birthday to be baptized without even knowing she HAD a twin. That’s awesome. And I was baptized in May also!!
** We both have accents that our kids tease us about. She can’t say “horrible” and I can’t say “Didn’t, wouldn’t, couldn’t, shouldn’t or pan…”
** Our husband’s spoil us rotten. I think I am more of a brat than her though.
** We both had brain damage as teenagers, but now we are AWESOME!
** We both have WOO-HOO online personalities (her — me) and then we are very demure, quiet and content to watch everyone else go wild in public.
** She’s short, skinny, beautiful and brown. And I’m also… short.
** When you compare our 11 year old pictures- you can totally see the resemblance. Compare her to 5th grade Tori!! We also look a lot alike in the pic above from Colorado last summer.
** We both had umbilical hernias and surgery to correct it!!! You’ve gotta admit that’s kinda weird!
** Edited to add: We are also constantly saying “Hey! I was going to post about the same thing!!” Or, for example, she moved all her online awards to another blog page the same weekend I moved mine. Cool huh??
I’m sure there is so much more. I shall have to confer with my twin to see what else she can come up with, but these are the things off the top of my head. Kinda cool, huh??
